Instructions say NTMB-918F, but I'm pretty sure this preamp is one of the the higher spec HR preamps. as it has more features.... It has twin pre amp modules and can run on 9 or 18 volts, active Bass, treble and Mid controls (one of which is a push/pull pot), a blend pot and what I presume is either an active/passive switch or a mid boost/scoop switch.
Bought secondhand a couple of years ago, with the idea to fit it to my early '90's Pedulla Buzz bass, but I've decided to leave it standard.
