The luminlays and splittable pickups might not sound like be-all, end-all, but in real life they are actually quite nice. Seeing your side dots in pitch black and having single coil tones at the flick of a switch are stuff I used to get benefit from regularly. And the original Bartolini pickups are included.

The tone is the classic MTD tone, with very much a lack of harshness in the top end. It's not AS glassy as ebony board MTDs have, but it's, to me, much clearer than rosewood board MTDs I've owned had. Very controllable, big, lows. I think it's the extremely rigid neck. Which also makes this the best out of all MTDs I owned for A tuning.

I'm selling because I got back into student life and am now living in Stockholm in someone's cupboard. The housing market here is terrible. No bands and no living space mean I don't need to own 3 fretted electric basses.

As for trades, I'm not looking for anything in particular, but I can say that adding cash on top of this is not likely. Trade value would be somewhat higher than the cash price, 2900 quid shipped to most European locations.
