A previous owner turned the neck into a fretless, diy style and it works great. I just can't get on with it. I have it strung E-A-D-G-C. The reason for the cheap price is that a previous owner stuck a pick holder to the horn on the front of the body and the glue has really mashed it up when someone tried to remove it (see pics). Have a look.
