[color=#000000]The neck is from a 1980's Precision copy bass by the company Kay.[/color]

[color=#000000]The model is the KB24 which was produced around 1979 to 1983.[/color]

[color=#000000]The serial number was WO.20982 which because of the production years, I'm assuming is 20th September 1982.[/color]

[color=#000000]The neck has a nice rounded feel to it, and even though it's laquered on the back, it's surprisingly smooth to move up and down the neck when playing.[/color]

[color=#000000]There is a small scratch/dent on the back side of the headstock.[/color]

[color=#000000]The frets are quite a lot flatter than normal due to the 30+ years of use.[/color]

[color=#000000]There are also some dings on the fretboard itself plus some wear on the underside.[/color]


[color=#000000]The butt is 61mm at the widest point, and 58mm at the thinnest point.[/color]

[color=#000000]The truss rod key has not been rounded out, and the neck is nice and straight.[/color]

[color=#000000]Great looking neck for a project or replacement. Although please make note of the things that I've mentioned.[/color]
