I'm selling my 5 string Warwick Pro Series Corvette, in natural ash. Passive version. Haven't used it for 2 years due to becoming a short scale convert, and can't go back to it! It has seen some use but I've looked after it. Bought in 2007 IIRC. Probably done 100 gigs a year till 2012 ish. It has a big gouge by the neck pickup where I rest my thumb, and I got my brother to carve a rosette in it for some reason. I think it looks good but that may be a matter of opinion!

It's had some work done under the bonnet so to speak, I had the truss rod replaced with a much better one than the stock one which had come loose. Work was done by a Paul Cuthbert, of Cuthberts Guitars Manchester. Well respected luthier and repairman who had done the same job on the same model of bass before which is how I found him! He also shaved down the neck so it's more like an Ibanez type modern C profile rather than the typical Warwick D 'cricket bat' it was before.

Great bit of kit though, pickups knock the socks off any Fender Jazz I've heard and it's incredibly resonant played acoustically. Nice brass frets and the hardware is all high quality.

Setup with a medium to low action and DR Black Beauty strings, could possibly do with changing but have a new set of Ernie Ball which I'll throw in.

These retail for just shy of a grand now. Had £300 worth of work done. I think £500 is a bargain. No silly offers. No trades/px. Ta
