Trade now agreed.

Sadly for sale as my band seems to be folding and I'm looking to have less invested in an amp than I have in this one as I pursue other musical goals.

The amp is immaculate apart from one tiny paint chip from the lower edge of the front panel. Very small. Pics below

It's the std Orange coloured version, and comes with the Orange cover.

Valves are a brand new matched quad of Tung Sol 6550's (I have receipt for the professional installation of these) installed last month, including a full service and checkover.

Preamp tubes are excellent old 12AX7 Mullards in V1 and V2 and an absolute NOS balanced Brimar 12AT7 in V3. A very significant improvement in the std valves.
The tone is stunning in it's depth and "3D-ness". Best sounding amp I have ever owned. Noise floor is very low.

Weight is about 24kg, which is heavy but not that heavy. A do-able one-handed lift and an easy two hander.

Of course the amp can break up if you want it but I was surprised how loud the thing goes and stays pretty clean too. The one gig I did with it (and I keep the base amp tone as only just fattening up, almost clean really), the master was at 10'o'clock (through my Genx 2x12). This is in a fairly loud rock band with no FoH support. I was impressed.

Anyway, collection only from the Southampton area. I will not courier this. Prepared to meet up halfway for fuel costs.
Only PX I'd be interested in is a smaller, lighter, and significantly cheaper amp (250-500W).
Price is £799. I'm making quite a big loss on this, considering the costs of completely revalving it. Great amp.
