rockinbassman Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 I have had an M-audio Audiophile USB lying around for a little while, and just got a Mac and want to use it. It installs ok and Logic etc can see it no problem... the problem is I have a very very weak signal coming out of the output and into my stereo amp. There are no controls within system preferences on the mac for volume, which is how M-Audio says its supposed to be, but still I have almost no signal coming from the Audiophile, even with I-tunes at high output! Im thinking its because im not using the original power supply... which should be 9v 1000mA. The multi-adaptor im using says 9v 800ma.... now im not very clued up on this side of things... can anyone help!? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
