herman Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 Hi all, I picked up a 5 string esp bass yesterday, I don't know what year it was made? I will try and get some pics up later, I ended up buying the bass because I really liked the look of it!! The serial number on back of headstock Is IGO731457 and produced by esp, front side of headstock say's 'Grass Roots' Its a neck-thru and string-thru body, and it takes 2 x 9v batteries, my guitarist believes it to be burl top and not spalted maple.
