bisonkills Posted March 30, 2014 Share Posted March 30, 2014 (edited) Hi guys, I'm looking for another 8ohm cab to pair with my existing rig (MarkBass LM III head and a NY121 cab). I'm scouring the classifieds section. Ideally, I'd like another NY121 or a NY151. I've noticed the new Black Line range. How does this compare to their earlier cabs? The difference being the power handling (and possibly volume), and that they use standard speakers instead of neo. They will be heavier. No idea if the sound will be the same, but a lot of people say neo speakers have more prominent upper mids so they MAY not cut through the mix in the same way.
