It is a great bass and with the 4 way pickup selector switch as well as individual pickup volume controls there is a lot of different tones you can get from this bass. I found that turning the pickups around gave the option of that classic jazz bass tone so with this in mind the pickup selection gives you these options: 1st selection (Knob pointing lowest to the floor) - Both Humbuckers 2nd selection - Neck humbucker and inner bridge coil 3rd selection - Bridge humbucker and inner neck coil 4th selection (Knob pointing closest to the strings) - Both inner coils - To me the classic jazz tone This plays and sounds great and is in really good condition! The sticky thread about couriers and packing says bike shops have good boxes for delivery, if there's any near by where you live? Can't pick it up as it would probably cost almost the same amount as the bass getting the boat across and travelling down to London and back, plus a long time travelling.
