John Chapman (Sei) Custom 5 string jazz bass £1200

I am sadly selling this beautiful bass made by John Chapman at The Bass gallery in about 2000, it plays beautifully and is light weight and well balanced. The tone is crisp with plenty of fat low end and really sits nicely in a mix.


The bass features are:

Ash Body
Quilted Maple Top
Rosewood fingerboard
EMG JJ Pickups
3 Band active EMG preamp
35" scale

The bass is currently at the Bass Gallery in Camden where you can try it out, I live in Harrow North West London and can arrange to have the bass there for you to try out if that is more convenient.
