margusalviste Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 (edited) I put for sale my super sounding graphite bass - the Bogart SKC Blackstone headless 4-string. It really sings and has a sound of a wooden instrument. This bass has the rare and most wanted (discontinued) 9W4 quadcoils, so they do have one coil for every string and they sound truly phenomenal! Really a great bass except that it sounds very similar to my recently bought original 62 Fender Jazz and I prefer the 62 in most cases. The price is £800/930EUR incl the shipping to EU countries. You can hear the sound of that particular bass on the Bogart's site (the last files with my name): http://www.bogart-ba...1/soundfilesnew Edited July 26, 2013 by margusalviste
margusalviste Posted July 24, 2013 Author Posted July 24, 2013 BTW, it plays and sounds better then the Status S2 I had! Much better at least for me (well, my band members said the same).
margusalviste Posted July 29, 2013 Author Posted July 29, 2013 (edited) This bass not just plays and sounds great, nothing can beat it also as a travel bass. The headless design makes it easy to take with you where ever you go, it's size makes it to fit any car. You can carry it in the guitar size gig bag. It is also unbelievably weather resistant - you can easily play it while standing in the rain, it never even goes out of tune. And that's not just a marketing message, it really is that good! PS! Did I mention that it sounds great?! Edited July 29, 2013 by margusalviste
