WITHDRAWN - Roland GR30 Guitar Synth with extra pedals
£185

Recommended Posts

Arguably Roland's two best guitar synths were the GR30 and the GR33. Later versions simply dumbed down the concept for technophobic guitarists.

This GR30 guitar synth served me well in my function band days.

Package includes the following:

GR30 floor unit (obviously) including 384 sounds to work with.

Original box.

Manual.

Genuine Roland power adaptor.

Expression pedal - can be assigned to various parameters.

Bank up/down pedal (saves having to fiddle about with shift functions).

CD containing GR30 editor freeware (works up to Windows XP, don't know about later versions of Windows), manual, quick start guide.
To use the unit, you will need a guitar equipped with a 13-pin synth pickup, e.g.:

Roland GR-ready Strat

Godin guitar with synth access

Brian Moore guitar with synth socket

Any steel-string guitar with a GK2 or GK2A pickup
There are many resources available on the web for this synth.

NB: -

If you have a Casio synth guitar with a standard MIDI socket, you would be better off using a GM synth module, as you will not be able to access many of the functions of this unit;

The unit will not work with a bass guitar (so don't even think about it!)
I m looking for £185 delivered within the UK.
