Cambridgekeith Posted March 30, 2013 Share Posted March 30, 2013 I have listed this bass here last year, and despite considerable interest, I still have it, and am relisting to see if there are any newer takers for this amazing quality bass, which can go for twice my asking price. This is the passive 4 string Milan bass made in Coventry in the 90s. This is serial number M4 239, and is unusual in having a black gloss finish - most were natural finish. The 2 pickups are powerful with the push-pull tone control coiltapping the neck pickup. For a bass of this age it is in excellent condition. The only noticeable defect is the chip on the headstock - see the picture. The bass has the original Eggle/Levy gig bag. Grab a chance to get a hand built bass at a fraction of the normal price.
