playbass Posted March 22, 2013 Share Posted March 22, 2013 Hi everyone. Is there a difference between the Fender Deluxe Precision onboard preamp and the one for the jazz bass? I wasn't sure if the different pickups were compensated for on the circuit board in some way? I'm asking because I'm lookin for a Fender Deluxe preamp for my American deluxe jazz bass and have found one for a Precision bass but wasn't sure if it'd be suitable for my jazz bass.
