For some reason I thought itd be a good idea to get a 500w Hartke 2x15 bass cab to pair with my 500W Hartke head despite my ‘band’ consisting of me, a drummer and one guitarist – not gigging and just rehearsing in a small garage. Had it 2 weeks and realise its overkill[/color][/font][/size] [size=3][font=Calibri][color=#000000]Anyway, the thing sounds massive (as one would expect) and I actually found it to have plenty of top end surprisingly when running it with the HA5500 and my P bass. Certainly not ‘boomy’ and really precise for such big speakers. Only major ‘issue’ is the missing ‘VX Series’ badge that appears in the bottom corner of these cabs, ive spoken to Hartke (Korg in the UK actually) and they have one on order for me. Comes with big heavy duty rubber wheels/castors that make moving it a doddle – it actually seems to weigh less than my old Ashdown 414T.[/color][/font][/size] [size=3][color=#000000][font=Calibri]£150 collected from Bolton or delivered locally.
