Always serviced by Messa who I bought it directly from, this valve amp can roar but maintain full and warm sounds. It's in full working order, although has wear and from being gigged and it has been used on rock and pop albums and my sound was never questioned and often complimented. I genuinely don't think that there's any sound you can't get out of it and my 400 has been faultless for a quarter of a century. These were described in early reviews as the Rolls Royce of bass amps and that's exactly what it is. I won't say good luck on the sale, more well done to the buyer.
