[url="http://www.soundslive.co.uk/product~name~Squier-P-Bass-Special-Black-and-Chrome-(Special-Edition)~ID~7720.asp"]Squier P-Bass Special Black And Chrome[/url] I know someone who owns the latter and loves it to bits. I'm not too keen on the mirrored plate (a bit cliched for me) but with a 3-ply black-white-black plate on either bass should look the dogs! Any ideas anyone? Tait Posted April 27, 2008 Share Posted April 27, 2008 no there isn't any difference. i own the black and chrome, but i put seymour duncan quarter pounders in and a mexican precision bass neck on. its a great bass. i was liking the look of the satin pewter metallic until i saw it in the flesh, IMO its not great looking.
