FS/FT: FBT Maxx 10sa 900w Active Subwoofer SOLD

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Have recently upgraded the PA so have this great active sub for sale.

It has a solid 13ply birch cabinet with a B&C neo 15" speaker and a 900w amp with all the protection circuitry built in. It weighs about 40kg and is a 1 man lift, I wouldn't want to go up or down stairs with it on my own (but have done so in the past). It comes with an FBT cover also.

If your not familiar with FBT they are an Italian brand who compete with the likes of RCF, JBL, QSC and the likes...the Maxx 10sa is a significant step up from the likes of the Mackie SWA1501 or the RCF 705a however. 1 of the FBT subs would roughly be the equivalent of 2 of the Mackie/RCFs.

It retails for around £1300 so I would be looking for £600 for a quick sale (it's somewhat in the way here at the mo'!) collection only I'm afraid (I'm just north of Newcastle). Would consider trading with studio mic (or other studio gear).

Here are the specs:
System Type: 1 way, Bass Reflex design Dispersion: Omnidirectional

Frequency Response: 36Hz - 125 Hz Inputs: Balanced Neutrik combo jack, XLR, ¼”TRS

Power Output: 900w RMS Enclosure Material: 3/4"-13 ply Birch plywood

Maximum SPL: 129.5 dB Net Weight: 90.4 lbs.

If you have any questions please ask!

Cheers, Sean.
