Solution too buzzing pole pieces

Since installing a J-retro into my shuker the pole pieces on my pickups have been buzzing when my fingers touched them. Dam annoying too.

Earlier on I thought that if I could cover the poles the buzzing would stop. Well, out came the wifes clear nail varnish, and hey presto, job done.

Thought this may be of help to someone

You get that if you have the wires the wrong way round, there was a change in the schematic and a correction sheet added seperately to the preamp, where the connections were swapped round, it still works but you get buzzy poles because they aren't earthed like they should be. Had it when I wired Shockwave's bass,

Nice one Oli, I didn't know that, mine buzzes like a deranged bee too!
