Over the last 10 days I've sent half a dozen emails and called twice (leaving message on answerphone). What next? Anyone else had problems with them? Anything via USPS can take a while; longest I've waited for stuff to arrived is two months and by that time I'd claimed my money back and I'd suggest you do the same now. HAven't dealt with that site you mention but for USA outlets I have dealt with guitar/bassparts resource and can thoroughly recommend Darren at darrenriley.com.
