Turned my EB Musicman 'Stingray' over to change the battery and noticed a crack across the neck plate. Not sure how it happened or how long it had been there!! I don't look at the back that often. Phoned Strings and Things, the Uk distributer. Advised me to send an email with a photo of the problem. A couple of days later a new neckplate arrived in the post 'No charge'. Thanks Nick.
