Hey guys, I'm selling my bass as i desperately want a 6 string. I have the bass on ebay too with a buy it now price of £300 but would be willing to sell to basschatters for less and a quick sale. I've copied the info from the ebay listing but also provided a link. Feel free to ask any Qs or offers, I may be interested in a trade but only if its a six stringer!

Thanks!

Ibanez ATK300
Here for sale is my less than a year old candy apple red 4 string ibanez atk300. The guitar is in excellent condition with NO DINGS to the paintwork or woodwork. The fretboard is totally unworn. There are a few tiny scratches on the back of the bass near the battery compartment and on the reverse of the enck but these can't really be shown by the camera. I really regret selling this bass as I love it, but calls for a 6 string in my prog band mean I need some fast cash. I had it imported from the USA last year which cost an arm and a leg in shipping and import taxes, but as far as I know it is extremely hard to find this bass in this colour in this country. I have also been told that this model has been discontinued, but whether this is true I am unsure. The playability is superb, I had a £60 setup on this bass as soon as I bought it and the action is nice and low but not ridiculous. The three switch pickup (traditional, bright, and attack)delivers great diversity, from smooth deep jazz tones to attacking tones akin to musicman stingrays and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I've seen these go from £350-£400 brand new, and this is less than a year old and it almost perfect condition! She is a really beautiful guitar, in a rare colour, and the maple fretboard really distinguishes the neck from other "duller" rosewood necks.

Sadly due to me lacking a spare case for me to put this in I can't really offer to ship this item, I am based near Wakefield in West Yorkshire if you want to collect, and I'll be prepared to travel abit round the area if needed. Payment by bank transfer is preferable, but paypal is fine, cash in hand is not really ideal.

Here are more pics of the bass:
