lanark
Today I acquired a Line 6 Pod 2.0 (yeah, I know that I ought to have got the Bass version, but this was only £50 and the bass ones are tricky to get hold of). I mainly got it for practicing without plugging the amp in, but ideally I reckon that I'd get most benefit from it if I could also play along with mp3 tracks through it (or maybe by connecting it to a laptop). What's people's best advice on how to go about using this kidney bean? I didn't get the manual (although I downloaded the pdf from Line 6's website - I intended to print it off, until I saw how long it was!) I'm now wondering if I've made a mistake and ought to have saved a bit more and bought a Tascam Bass Trainer instead. lanark
In the end I took it back. It was nice ... and fun ... but not quite what I was looking for.
