Hi all, I'm predominantly a guitarist but have been playing bass as long (24 years...yikes!). I'm not gigging anymore and concentrate on writing and recording...which I'm finding it difficult to find time for with 2 small kids. I write what I'd describe as melodic indie pop. I'm scaling down my set up considerably as my daughter is taking over my music room! My current collection: G&L L2000 (USA) Fender Jaguar (USA) Gretsch 6120 1956 Gretsch Rancher Fender Telecaster Thinline Lowden Acoustic I'll be a happy man the day I buy a double bass. Hi guys, Sorry all. I hadn't done my homework and didn't originally post a price. Thanks. Here's my original post: I'm selling my G&L L2000 Bass with Hardcase and am throwing in a set of unopened D'addario XL Chromes Flat Wound Strings. It's in absolutely pristine condition and has only been played a dozen or so times. It's never been played at gigs, or even gone outside the house since it was bought! I got it as a 30th Birthday present when I was living in California, and am selling because my 3 year old is taking over my music room and I have to cut back my collection seriously. I live in Dublin, but am in London every week or every other week for work, so can bring it over to be tried out if anyone is interested. Price £800 obo. Thanks.
