Hi All.
Bought this rig from Paul S, here on Bass Chat last May. Since then, it's not been out of the house or used more than a couple of hours in total. My practicing is usually done through a bass 'pocket rockit' and headphones or my small combo practice amp, so this is taking up floor space and is going to waste.
Combo is around 30 months old, not sure about the cabinet. Both are in excellent to new condition and come with Ashdown fitted covers and blue speakers (unlike the stock pictures).

I'd rather not split the pair, but will if necessary. Because of the size, posting really isn't viable. Collection (where you can try it out) is the best option, or I'm willing to meet/deliver within a reasonable distance of Saffron Walden, Essex, for fuel.

ABM all the way! Ive got an early ABM 2x10 combo (1992)...sounds the nuts, made in England and recently took it to Ashdown for a quick once over, the guy change 2 pots and its like new....

I use Pete Cornish cables for instrument, pedal board links, speaker cables and custom pedals. etc.. They are very very well made. Pete and his wife make them personally and vigoriously test them.
Yes they are expensive compared to others but im sure they arent the dearest.

I have never used OBBM cables but the obvious feedback is that they are also of the highest quality in terms of build and sound.

The rcd will only trip due to a fault on the equipment it is "protecting". Yes it only trips on earth fault current and not on overload. You would need to use an RCBO to protect against earth fault and overload.
I assume you have an RCD on the end of your own lead/supply. The fault won't be with the supply( ie the socket your plugged into) as this is "behind" the circuit protected by the rcd.

Stop playing and turn off your equipment and seek an amp repairer.

And yes have your equipment PAT tested....for the sake of £5-10 per item its worth it.
