Pretty well looked after for a mid nineties pedal. I have the same one safely stored in a pedalboard flight case since 1998 with similar scuffs. Fantastic invention

How much does it matter where they're built if - as everyone including Guy ((I accept he might have a conflict of interest!) says - they're awesome to play?
100% agree with you Pete. I interpreted the other guys' comments as being positive, given the quality craftsmanship which comes from these overseas factories keeping costs lower on lovely instruments.

Nordstrand BS5, Bartolini P2 shape, 19mm spacing, sold as a pair which are marked Neck & Bridge.
105mm x 32mm (approx).
Still boxed and unopened so new condition. I bought these to fit in a bass which I sold with the original pickups, so they're no longer required. Price includes UK postage. Payment by bank transfer.

Unique versatile distortion, fuzz and EQ pedal catered for bass. Super low end and tone shaping. Ideal for capturing various 'Muse-esque' synth fuzz tones, as demonstrated in the link at the bottom of this post.
A few scuffs but looked after. Price includes UK postage. Payment by bank transfer.
Includes original tin box and instruction booklet. Full specs:

Really cool demo here, demonstrating the pedal's versatility and capability:

That headstock has a decidedly Lakland look to it. Are these made in the same factory? Be a cracking bass if it’s of that same Skyline quality!
100%. There's a fine line between Lakland and Sadowsky 4 string headstocks too

Very nice.
Do you know the weight?
Sure, it's 4kg. I'll add that to the main description. Thanks for the prompt!

Bass Centre 4 string bass Inspired by Guy Pratt's '64 Jazz Bass he calls 'Betsy'. Metallic burgundy mist finish with matching headstock. Macassar ebony fingerboard. EMG pickups. Weight is 4kg. Recently purchased and still in new condition, and unfortunately for me the motivation of this sale is due to an unexpected car repair. Includes gig bag and UK delivery. This is an opportunity to own one of these in immaculate condition, but at a saving from the £595 new price.
Here's a great review of the bass by the talented gent Mike Brooks :

I bought a SansAmp from Sam. Easy to communicate with, pedal packed well, sent promptly and condition as described. Nice guy too!

I would be interested in doing similar upgrades in future. I prefer the black hardware over the original gold. Where can I find the replacement bridge?

Understood. That works equally well thank you

I marked the post as 'Sale Pending', but the sale took a couple of months longer than expected and the post was closed to further replies by the time it was completed.
May I kindly request the post be deleted now the bass is with its happy owner ?

Mine arrived last weekend, with a Nordy Mute. I'm 6'4 and have a preference for large bodied wide neck basses, but plugging this in is pretty inspiring.
The push button tone controls and pickup selector switches are a lot of fun, and for a super light passive shortscale bass, the 'series' mode is like adding a sub speaker

Bought a Darkglass pedal from Paul, who offered it in new condition but a very reasonable price considering. Great communication, and he took the well packaged parcel to the post office as soon as he'd received payment!

I wonder if this is the actual amp head Dave Bronze used at Live at Hyde Park 1996 which I had on VHS. He had one sitting on a Trace 4x10. Beautiful, and a fantastic price
