    Yeah email address turned off now - not going to give this up though, might visit their offices next time I am passing by.

    Hi, how did you manage to get a refund. Nothing in the email about the process and just get bounce backs from the address now. Organisers are ignoring other forms of contact. Any help appreciated. Thanks
