His designs a typically built for a specific voltage regions this one is 230V for Europe.
But about the switch.. the exact method depends on the amp version. I havent used it on this amp but its usually is a small internal slide switch, reachable through a rear vent or near the IEC power inlet. Other times it's a removable jumper inside the amp (less convenient) but I think this is the case for the blue light.
But I am not 100% sure since I have only been using the amp in Europe.
