It has come to it, selling most of my gear to fund other paths... Im slimming down my collection by alot. Had this beauty only a short while, it really is a killer instrument, you know what these are capable of. If it wasnt for the fact that money is tight, I would hold onto this.

Ebony board, honeyburst finish, not sure of the top, think its maple, it is pretty mind you. Neck is really nice, smooth silky finish, low action.

Just been setup by Ady from Music Ground, plays like a dream. Im not sure how much these are worth as they are pretty rare in the UK.

Well, I just went to Dawsons with my bass and Epifani cab, tried them both, amazing sound, and came away with the LH1000 for £379.99 which is cheaper than Project music by a few quid! Will be gigging it in a few hours in Bolton. I love days like this!

No you're right the 5 was designed in 87. The Precision is a great great bass, but but but needs must and all that. If it doesnt sell on ebay then maybe I will keep it. Just recorded a session with it and it does sound good.
