  1. Thanks! It's not a fretless though 😁 Build thread (in french sorry) : https://lutherie-amateur.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?p=701798
  2. Glad to hear! I'm also build my 3rd headless right now, these are my two previous ones done. And the wal replicas (not going full wal with 8 coils pickups and electronics etc...)
  3. I'm so amazed by your build! That ebony facing is absolutely insane and beautiful. I have two replica myself (made by a luthier) and I started making instruments a year ago. A wal replica will happen at some point. I'll be glad if it turns out 1/10 as good as yours 😁 Congrats again
  4. I can make you some if you want, see above for how they look
  5. You mean wal knobs in general or just the ones I made? What's ugly about about them if it's the later?
  6. I'm glad you like them, they look great on that gorgeous bass of yours 😍
  7. Send me a PM and we'll chat :)
  8. Price ranges between 10 and 20€ per knob. Depending on size and mostly how complicated it is to paint (Wal knobs are 20, Aria 15, Ibanez 10) I can also send them unfinished (printed and cleaned) for half the price if people are willing to paint and varnish them themselves The set screw uses an embeded nut inside the print, I could tap the resin but I'm sure I would not hold well : (mockup of the nut in black)
  9. Colored resin exists but I never tried. I do have some green one, I'll test in the near future I could also spray paint the knobs before varnishing them
  10. Hi ! I hope this is allowed. If anyone need custom/discontinued/hard to find knobs, I can 3D model and resin 3D print them. I've done it for Wal knobs, Aria knobs, Ibanez inspired knobs. Some 3D models : Some finished products pictures : Feel free to let me know if you want some
  11. I do but I'm not willing to share them sorry. I can make the knobs for you though
  12. It's very simple. I didn't 😅 They match the center for the two balance (I'm using a regular 2 band EQ), "5" on the center point. The balance one is centered on the "BT". And the master volume matches on the "10"
  13. Here's how they look on the MK1 replica :
  14. Hi all, a quick update, looks like the resin printed knobs are holding very well. I have a couple for more than a month underwater and they are still perfectly fine. Also left 3 in the sun/rain outside for the same amount of time, still looking great. Here's the last batch I made (printed, painted the markings, lacquered). FIY, the whole process of cleaning the resin prints, painting the numbers/letters and finishing takes about 3 hours of work.. Not a big fan of the shinny laquer, the mat one looks much better. Also the prints have a weird line defect, which will be corrected in the next prints.
