I just tried to sign in but it wasn't accepting my log-in details. I selected the 'forgotten password' button but I never received the email with instructions to reset my password. I have now had to create a second account which I don't want because I still can't access the email from the seller who is trying to contact me. I would like to retain my original account. My display name is Mr Stojan Vukic. The email account is [email protected].

I have a account but forgot the password and now my account appears to be locked. I have requested to re-set the password in order to reactivate my account but nobody has got in touch with me. A seller is trying to contact me to sell an instrument. Please can you assist.
