I recently picked this up used. It was in great condition and had very little use.

when i went to test it at the sellers house there was no sound.

The power came on but no  output from the speakers (internal or external cab)

(Seller had no idea there was a fault and gave me the amp for free with the agreement that I’d pay something if it was a cheap fix.)

The preamp section worked as did di out but just no output 

after several emails to EBS I eventually got a reply with no explanation but just advice that I take it to a tech!

they didn’t even recommend a tech, I had to do the ground work there.

luckily I found a tech who was an authorised EBS tech.

He diagnosed a failed power module.

a month later and he still has no info from EBS on a replacement!!

worst service I’ve ever experienced 

I will never buy EBS again!

My first good bass was one of those in the exact same colour. It was also wired passive which just made it sound like a great Precision.

The hardware did add to the weight a bit but it was bombproof.

i regret trading it!

Thanks for the comments, yes the neck profile is fab. It’s an incredible player, one of those “hard to put down” instruments 

I’m selling a stunning 1997 German made Warwick Streamer Pro M.

As you can see it’s in a rare metallic emerald burst. The finish is incredible in the flesh.

Tonally it sounds fantastic. My understanding is that what looks like one MM style pickup is actually two jazz pickups, located together, with a phantom coil in between to eliminate hum. There are separate bass and treble controls for each and a separate vol/blend knob.
The bass weighs in at 4.3kg on my scales and it’s in great condition. One or two small dings but no bad ones or buckle wear. It comes with a nice hardcase which is in perfect nick.

New strings and it has been fully set up with great action.

Can ship to EU or UK but can also arrange to meet in or around London

Hi all

i recently got my hands on the EBS Magni 500 combo off a friend who was moving.

it powers up, gain stage works but nothing comes out of the speakers. Either the internal ones, or when you connect an extension cab.

The headphone out works as does the DI.

any ideas?

Stunning transition era Stingray from 1988 in Blueburst.

it has normal playing wear and a few small dings but nothing nasty.

Thisthing has mojo!!!

The Blueburst finish has aged wonderfully to an aqua/teal colour.

The pickup has a warm thump with sweet treble available. Must less harsh and sterile than the new era ones.

Neck is a great example of the highly sought after birdseye maple necks from this era.

Frets are good and the old nut was changed for a brass one in the late 80s

weight is 9.5lbs and the action is low with a perfect truss rod 

comes with non original case

I have a pair of Baer ML112 cabs for sale with fitted Baer covers. 
The cabs are in excellent condition. Light use only and always kept in the fitted Baer covers which are heavy duty and padded. 
the cabs are identical except one states 300 watts on the back and the other 350. 
Both are 8ohm and weigh about 16kg
These are usually only available factory direct from the US.

Bass Direct did have them at £750 ea and £50 for the cover but they are out of stock now.

I can ship for £33 per cab, insured.
