Hey all! This, as you can probably see, is my first post on here, and I think, it's a big one! This years Drum and guitarfest A.K.A 'The National Rock and Pop Festival' is commencing on Friday 10th of July with an Educational day and finishes on Monday the 13th with Guitar fest on the Saturday, Drum fest on the Sunday and a world record attempt for most drummers at one time on the Monday! This years live stage lineup is: Guitarfest: Saturday 11th July Jennifer Batten (Michael Jackson) Yngwie Malmsteen! Glenn Hughes (Deep Purple / Black Sabbath) Stone Gods Doug Wimbish (Living colour) Jerry Donahue (The Yardbirds) Sarah Jory (Van Mossison) Drumfest: Sunday 12th July Jason Bonham Simon Phillips Carmine Appice Jason Bittner (Shadows Fall) Jojo Mayer Will Calhoun On the monday 13th, Drumfest is hosting 'Stick It To MS' this is a one time only world record attempt to produce the most drummers playing the same thing on full drumkits at the same time. The aim is for 600 people to get registered and all the money raised will go straight to charity.
