    Yamaha TRB 5ii 5 String Bass FS/FT £350

    Up for trade is my Yamaha TRB 5ii in translucent red.

    It's japanese made and has been put together really well, like the majority of Yamaha's basses, plays really nice can go from that punchy 'jaco' jazz sound to warm dub like tones.

    It's in good condition, few bumps and its got quite a large chip by the strap holder where my bag broke whilst i was holding it (dam fender gig bags) however it does subtract from the playing and is easily fixable if you know what to do. has also been set up and looked over by Bernie Goodfellow of GB basses.

    MTD Kinston/Heir
    Fender 5 strings (P and J's)

    I'm open to offers for the bass plus cash towards something nice, only 5vers please. If i was going to sell opening price would be £350.

    The pics show the condition, few dings and one nasty one by the strap holder. Also I have no idea where the missing piece from the tuner has gone, took it into GAK for a setup and it was never seen again.. However these are all aesthetic, plays and sounds awesome, just fancy a change.

    Pretty good condition, few scuffs here and there, looking to upgrade to an Ampeg so I need the cash.

    Price wise i'm thinking about £100 for the head and £50 for the cab.

    Pick up only and i'm based in Brighton... will get some pics when i'm back at home.

    I'm looking into getting a new amp... preferably an ampeg of some sorts, i've played through the 100 watt ba's and I like the way they sound but definitely not loud for what i'm after.

    I'm looking to get something for around the £500 or less mark, or more depending if the right thing came along...

    Just wondering if anyone has one or has played one and can give their opinion, or if there's something else that would be better? I've seen some reviews that says its amazing and some that slate, and unfortunately there's no where around here that stocks them so I can't try it out myself.

    What y'all say?

    I can sort out some more photos, was in a bit of a rush when I did them. Condition wise its in good nick, a little ding on the headstock but I tried to get that in the photos. Few dings on the body but nothing too noticeable.

    What do you mean by the black belly cut out?
