    I stumbled upon this thread doing some research on Matao guitars. Man what a wonderful & fascinating read! @Bassassinyou likened the pursuit to archaeology, and that's it exactly... Guitarchaeology! (I thought I invented that term about 4 years ago, but then I found it had been used earlier by someone's Reverb shop)
