1. Wicked bass mate - you going all 5 bangers then?

For you people who havn't had the pleasure of dealing with Steve; he's a top bloke and every bass he owns is amazing. You won't be dissapointed I can assure you. IMHO Celinder make the best basses I've ever played.

2. Don't see these much and looks like a good buy.

3. I have these on ebay at the moment. If anyone wants to offer me face value then I'd be happy to end the auction early. If not, have a bid and see if you get a bargin?

4. This bass has done me well but I've just replaced it with something that cost 3 times as much so I either need to sell this or trade it for something with the view to selling that - if it helps another person out.

This is a custom 4 sting jazz bass, built from high quality components to emulate a $3,800 Sadowsky NYC Ultra Vintage Jazz Bass. This bass was previously owned and recently set-up by a Sadowsky NYC employee.

Details

- USA Custom Guitars two piece full size alder body with (natural) oil finish
- USA Custom Guitars maple neck with oil finish; jazz profile with 1 1/2 inch width at the nut
- Brazilian rosewood (same as on vintage Fender basses) fingerboard with beautiful grain
- Fretwork by Mike Lull
- Frets recently professionally polished by Sadowsky tech
- Sadowsky single coil pick-ups
- Passive Volume/Volume/Tone controls
- Gotoh bridge (similar to Sadowsky OEM)
- 70's pickup spacing and SLAPS LIKE A MONSTER

If you are wondering about the quality of the body and neck then don't be as they are top notch. It's the same company that Valenti use to get pre-cut jobbies (check out their web: http://www.usacustomguitars.com/index.html. This bass simply knocks spots off the Fender USA Jazz basses I've tried for feel, tone and quality and is very comparible to the high end boutique Jazz basses out there. Just simply things like having a tight neck pocket and no gap between the scratch plate and control plate make a big difference! Has tone for days and in my opinion looks stunning.

Condition is very good, only one noticeable ding is to the bottom edge of the body and a slight marking to the upper horn, both of which are not visible from the front. The neck is gorgeous – nice and smooth with no dings. I will also throw in a hard case!

I'm looking for £600 - which is less than what I paid for it. Or trade for a nice precision...

Thanks
Tim

5. Yeah they're great - can't wait so see them at the Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park with Clapton (hopefully Doyle Bramhall II too), Mayer and Scott McKeon. If you don't know Scott then you should really check him out: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=zNCiH37xAZM

Quite undergroud at the moment but will make it big I think.

Sorry for going off at a tangent. My vote is for Paul Turner, I can't wait for the next JK album. Just look at Runaway for an example of what's to come.
