Still an excellent bass, but this puts a few question marks against the seller. £650 with a US Pickup already fitted seems like a good price to me, but I'm a bit out of touch and used Fender prices have been going up recently.

Thank you for the insight Pete! That’s why I wanted to ask here really as I know Fender Japan prices have been going up and I just wanted to check if this was worth the money.

ive had a jazz from the same era and it was fabulous even with standard pups 

Keeping an eye on it as it hasn’t got long left on the auction, think I’m going to go for it and stick a tort scratch plate and the ashtray bridge cover etc on it! 

Hi all, just wondered if anyone had any experience with these CIJ P basses? It’s listed as a 70’s reissue from 94, and it’s been refitted with custom shop 62 pickups.

For sale is my Sandberg California TM4 in natural finish. 
 

I’ve been bitten by the p-Bass bug and I’m on the hunt for something a little more traditional and Motown sounding. 
 

All in all, this bass is in good condition, with a few minor scuffs from being well-gigged, but all purely cosmetic. The electronics work perfectly, in either passive or active mode with a split-coil switch for the musicman style bridge pickup. From the Sandberg website I believe this bass weighs around 9.8lbs. 

I’d highly prefer to meet up to sell as I don’t have the means to ship it in a hard case, but I can look into arrangements for a serious buyer.
