I have identified the tailpiece as being from a 60s Baldwin 704 and both the pickup and the bridge as being Teisco parts.

Yeah it looks like the pickup is Teisco as well.

I think I have identified the bridge. There are two identical bridges being sold on ebay as 'vintage Teisco'
