I am having a problem with the Bridge collapsing. The store said that the feet are not perfectly fitting to the body. Should I get a new bridge? Also it seems when I try to tune he G string, I’m afraid of it getting too tight when I get close to being in tune. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance

Hi everyone! I am happy to be on this journey to learn more about the double bass. I have been playing for a few months and have made some big strides in playing. Now I am in a band and I hope this continues for a while so I can get even better. I look forward to chatting with everyone< learning, and sharing my experiences.
