  1. Yea I did that... 2x's.................. I am just getting tired of all the glitches I am getting into cubase... Thinking of Logic Pro or Protools................ I think Cubase is such a problem trying to get help.... So disgusted with cubase and I have been with them for a long time.

  2. Im using windows I will check out your very useful info and will look into it. Thank You so much.

Its loops and samples that I don't have.... It comes up like yours but when I click it they are all gone

I'm using Nuendo 12 (it's Cubase really with added post production & game stuff). I've not had any problems at all and on my system, it runs very smoothly

When you say "Lost all my Loops and Instruments..."

    1) Do you mean from the right side browser as in my first screenshot?

    2) Or, from the main Media Bay (Hotkey F5 on a PC), second screenshot?

    3) "Glitches" sounds like it's possibly your 'Multi Processing, ASIO-Guard, Power Schemes and Buffer sizes/settings etc...', third Screenshot.

A few more details might be helpful...Mac, Windows, what Audio unit etc...? Are you running the current update (you can check in your 'Steinberg Download Assistant'?

  4. Having glitches with Cubase 12. Lost all my Loops and Instruments and NX CLA isnt working right. Im not too technical as to fix these problems but would like a DAW that is more stable. I thought 11 was good.

Those who had Cubase what are you using now? or what DAWS are you using with very little or no problems.

  5. Amazing vocalist who had a sad death. Left us way to soon.  A beautiful, sensitive and a true expressionist singer. When I first heard a song for you it hit me hard. The song was originally written and recorded by Leon Russel. I heard Donny sing it on the radio and I believe it was one of the first interpretation since Leon first sang and played it on his first record. Since Donny sang it there were many interpretations that were influence by donny's version. But Donny sounds so good and special.

  6. Shame can imagine the anticipation for the pedal. I am so curious how different it will be from the M11 version. Im keeping the mk2 for awhile. Still like it and it fulfils my needs. I bought the proton 2 and a few months later the proton 3 comes out. Now he is up to proton 4. Can't keep up.

1st. It’s what came up for sale at the right time, but I’d have chosen the earlier version anyway to keep the backward compatible neck.

Yes I have the first. Only difference they cooked the neck and gave an extra bolt to hold the neck. Pickups are different also and Im not crazy about them either. I love the Fralins on mine. A little more expensive than most but worth it.

Just got a new (to me) Fender USA Professional Jazz. This was one of Lozz196's stable which I spotted he wanted to move on.

It's got Custom Shop 60s pickups (instead of the stock Vmods), a Ki0gon loom and a tort pickguard. It plays and sounds great, I really like the higher and narrower fretwire - it feels very precise.

So far I've done no mods, just added Dunlop straplock buttons. I'm going to have to replace the pickup foams with thicker ones as I can't get the pickups close enough to the strings for my preference. (I've seen other people comment this is an issue with the CS60s, the foam stuck to the brass grounding plates is too thin.)

(My old MIM Jazz has just left to go to it's new owner today, the USA bass is so nice I wouldn't play it.)

Beautiful Bass. Love Black Jazz with the red PG. I have the American Pro P bass and I love it. I changed the PU's too. I put in the standard P Lindy Fralins. Amazing vintage style PU's.... Is this the Pro 1st version or the 2nd?

Bit the bullet and ordered a new one. No idea when I might get it though.

So is there a difference between the M2 and M3 except for the sizes?

  10. I have the MK11 and really like it. Have not tried the new version but 3 leaf updates their pedals alot. Nothing wrong I guess but it always makes you want the new version. In a live situation its hard to say one is better than the other when you have the newer OC-5 and the very impressed EBS studio octave model. But there is something about the older OC2. The 3 leaf MK11 and Im sure the MK3 get very close.

    Thank you. :)

Though personally I am not too fond of it's looks.

I never really liked white basses, and don't quite understand why I chose to buy it back then, guess it was just the first and best used bass that fit my budget and felt nice to play, and frankly the metallic star stickers and green neon tape treatment that I, as an ironic statement (  ), added back when I was about 18 years old (9_9) doesn't exactly make it any better looking, to put it mildly.

Add to that that time has not been too kind to the stickers and that it looks much worse than on that picture at the moment.

But I can live with that, the way a bass plays, feels and sounds has always had way higher priority to me than looks, though if I ever pull myself together to do it I would love to strip off the paint and give it a matte black finish (I don't see that happening anytime soon though, if ever).

However, before I install the new strings and set the bass up, as soon as I receive the strings I've ordered, I am going to give the body a good cleaning with a universal cleaning agent, water and a raspy sponge, and the fretboard with first a moist raspy sponge, and then a cloth with fretboard conditioner, cause it gathered a lot of dust and dirt since the picture in my OP was taken.

What strings are you going to use on that baby. It would look great in matte black. Make sure all the paint is off and sand it down. Maybe black in Nitro.  Will look great in a few years of solid use.

  12. Nice looking bass for sure. Isn't it amazing how we go into cycles. Whereby we own a good first bass and want to in our mind something better. We sell and buy. It continues until you pick up your original or something of the same and fall all over in love with it. You say to yourself all the money I have spent for basses that that may not be as good. Enjoy that bass.
