Hi all, just a short note to say hi and to introduce myself. I'm an older, novice self taught bass player in Oz, looking to improve and further explore bass playing. I found music later in life, i was well into my 40's when I took the plunge.
Im interested in the upright / double bass, having never played one, it's certainly on the list of the "to do's".
Being in my 50's now, my current goal is to either join or put a band together and perform live, having never done so.
My influences are vast and varied.
