Very cool, but 3-5 on a week day? Just expecting the students to turn up then? lol

(Well aware this kind of thing needs to fit around John's schedule, just gutted I can't make it because adulting)

Will be a blast though, great job for putting it on, more of these please!

    Si

Unfortunately so. As he'll be at Ronnie Scott's in the evening, 3-5 was the only time we could make work. Pull a sickie? Hire a double? If there's a will, there's a way

  2. Hi all! We're proud to announce that we'll be hosting a masterclass with John Patitucci at the start of August. Details are as follows

The Bass Gallery are proud to be hosting the world renound jazz bassist & composer. He's here to play 3 nights at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club with The Chick Corea Akoustic Band at the end of July and has agreed to deliver a 2 hour masterclass in electric bass here in Camden. As part of the masterclass he will do some playing, some teaching and finish with a Q&A. Some of Patitucci's credits include: Chick Corea, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Dizzy Gillespie, Pat Metheny & Wynton Marsalis.

  3. Yes, you read correctly! We've taken your thoughts on board and decided to re-build our website. We're just putting some finishing touches on but it should be live in the next few weeks. Here are a few points we've improved upon:

    - The black background is no longer

    - Clearer, larger fonts

    - Sold items will not show up!

    - More powerful search functionality

    - We now have a slick "Filter By" section to the left of each product category and added filterable attributes (ie. Speaker configuration in Amps, Fingerboard material in Basses etc...)

There's various other changes and additions but I think these are the bigguns.

I'd be interested in getting some feedback from some of you, I have a link to the test site and if you'd like to give it a test drive please drop us a message and I'll forward the link on to you. Of course there's no perfect website but we'd like to at least try ;)

    Charlie
