  1. The Tube Bass 2 is a dual channel preamp and DI. It is in top condition as it has only had studio use. Comes in original box with power supply. The price includes UK postage.
    Here is the translated description:

The core are two ECC 83 / 12AX7 tubes, which are run under typical operating conditions (anode voltage over 200V-). Three stages work as voltage amplifiers, while the last stage is used for impedance conversion and sends the output signal to the input of the amplifier with low resistance and thus less sensitive to interference. What many bass players were missing with the Tube Bass has now been implemented in the new model. The "Tube Bass 2" now has a DI output that can be switched "pre" or "post EQ" including a "Ground / Lift" switch. This allows for more versatile uses. In contrast to the old Tube Bass, both channels of the "Tube Bass 2" can now be adjusted completely independently of each other in terms of preamplification (gain) and output level (master). This allows a much better coordination between the channels. The pedal is designed for bass guitars with active, passive and piezo pickup systems, with a 3-stage slide switch (PI - HI - LO) the input sensitivity can be adjusted to the bass used. The "Tube Bass 2" has a 4-band tone control that is effective for passive circuits and can shift the basic sound in different directions. Added or new to the "Tube Bass 2" are additional "Bright" and "Deep" switches for both channels independently, which, depending on the setting in connection with the tone control, makes the sound sound more bass-heavy or even more brilliant. This means that even more variability in the sound of both channels can be achieved. The tube preamp is designed in channel 2 in such a way that, depending on the setting of gain and master, rich overdrive, distortion and even fuzz distortions can be generated. The channels are displayed optically through the "tube viewing window", where the tubes are illuminated in different colors. Two status LEDs next to the "CH.1-2" button permanently show the set channel for orientation, even in bypass mode. Another new feature of the "Tube Bass 2" is the type of power supply, which is no longer AC voltage, but via a very compact 12VDC (direct current) plug-in power supply. This saves space on the pedalboard. All inscriptions and the logo are made of laminated, light and UV-resistant, durable adhesive foils.

  2. I have just bought a Lakland Skyline from Charlie. He went above and beyond with the sale and delivery. Great to do business with and highly recommended.

  3. I have a pedalboard with a Tuner/mute, compressor, Markbass Vintage pre  and a Line 6 HX Stomp.
I was running the signal in that order but then I want to use the DI out of the preamp. This is partially to protect the HX Stomp from any phantom power issues from the desk.
So I put the HX Stomp into the FX loop of the Pre.
I also have the option of putting the pre into the FX loop of the HX Stomp.
in theory I can put the loop at the end of the chain in the Stomp and still get the effected signal to the DI out of the Pre and feed my amp from the Stomp line output.
Has anyone got any advice on which would be the best solution?

    Thanks

    Tim

  5. I have a brand new boxed Soul Pog which is great but is a bit too big for my board.

It is either for sale or I would trade for a Nano Pog.

Postage will be £5 for UK or pick up in London

    Thanks.

  6. Up for sale is my Custom Pedal Boards pedal board.
    The internal dimensions are 70cm x 35cm.
It is built like a tank and is the board favoured by Dan from Gigrig for building his high end pedalboards.

It is amazing and absolutely bullet proof but too much for my requirements.
Heavy so local pick up only from SE London.

  7. I have an Eden WT800B and I haven't used it for ages as it has an issue with a slight distortion overtone that creeps in as the note dies away. I have taken it to an amp repair place and they couldn't find a fault. There is no problem with the headphone out so I am guessing it has something to do with the power amps but the tech said the biasing was fine.
I was just going to get rid of it but I plugged it in again recently and it sounds amazing apart from this issue.

Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?

    Thanks
