4. SOLD! Hi, I am selling an Aguilar TLC Compressor in mint condition. Never used live, only a few times in my home studio - just three month old. Great sounding compressor, maybe one of the best available. Shipping within EU included. Comes with original box! 5. @ three: Many thanks for the kind words! It is not easy to let her go, but compared to a good cello, even a Fodera or a Ritter is quite a bargain. If you take her, I knew she would be in good hands.
 6. SOLD!! Price update: Sell price reduced to 1350,- GBP Hi, I am selling a mint Status Streamline four-string with many custom options as I am still gathering money to buy an old, but very nice cello. All the instruments from Status Graphite are like custom shop instruments as the quality is top-notch. But this one has some features that are one-of-a-kind, e.g. the Tri-Max pickups as used on the KingBass Paramatrix (dual J, where either one side or both sides of the pickup can be activated) and the sonic blue satin finish. The instrument is fully constructed of carbon, so the weight is as low as 3 kg. Because of it’s headless design, the instrument has a perfect balance! I received the instrument new from Status Graphite in October 2012. Although the instrument was still in mint condition I decided in beginning of 2014 on a new colour for the instrument. The colour is sonic blue with a satin finish, which is not sticky and very natural to touch. I received the Streamline back from Status Graphite in the end of September 2014. The instrumentet is in an absolute mint condition as I did not had the time to play it after I got it back from the re-paint. Specification:

One-piece carbon design
Sonic blue
Satin finish on body and neck
Side dots only
32” with bendwell
16.5mm string spacing at bridge
Gold hardware
Custom pickup positions (similar to J and P basses)
Tri-Max pickups (dual J design with 3-positions, all hum-cancelling)
Hotwire flat-wound strings
I will add two new sets of Hotwire round-wounds (30-90). Original Status gigbag (in new condition) included. Original pris: 2330,- GBP New painting: 730,- GBP Accepted price: 1400,- GBP inclusive shipping within the EU If you are interested I am happy to send more photos. Thanks for watching!
 7. Thanks for all the comments! I use LaBella 760N (black nylons) on my acoustic bass, so they have at least a steel core. The nylon wrapping may dampen the brightness a bit, but I hope that the GK-3B / GR-55 can handle this with the corresponding volume setting for each string. Not sure about the latency though - this may depend a lot on the position where I hit the string, as closer to the neck the attack gets very slow which may cause tracking issues. But I think I will go for the GK-3B/GR-55 combination and give it a try.
 8. My main instrument is currently a fretless Stoll acoustic bass guitar which I play in a two-piece band. To add more sound alternatives, I would like to use a Roland GK-3B pickup together with a Roland GR-55 guitar/bass effect unit. Does someone have experience with the GK-3B pickup installed on the soundboard of an acoustic bass guitar? From the dimensions it should work, but I am not sure if the vibrations of the soundboard will affect the pickup performance. To change from an acoustic bass guitar to a solid one is no option, as I love the sound and feel of the acoustic! No compromises Thanks for any comments, Uli
 9. The instrument is now sold and on the way to the new owner. Cheers, Uli
 10. The instrument is now SOLD. I am very happy it comes into excellent hands! Thanks for all the nice conversations ... Cheers, Uli
 11. And up Price reduced! I may also consider trade with a nice acoustic guitar!
 12. Once more up And price reduced ... the real deal!
 13. No feedback? Come 'on Fano builds great instruments! This one has a solid top and Lollar pickups which makes it stand out from the rest of its semi-hollow breed.
 14. Anyone? The instrument is very unique and in new condition
 15. SOLD! Hi, I am selling a Status Streamline five-string fretless (with micro edge markers on the fingerboard) because I have to save up money for a very nice cello I recently spotted. The instrument is fully constructed of carbon, so the weight is as low as 3.2 kg. Because of it’s headless design, the instrument has a perfect balance! I received the instrument new from Status Graphite in May 2011 and thought that I will make to move to five strings. But I am still stuck to four strings. In beginning of 2014 I decided for a new colour on the instrument and pickups with seriell / parallel switch. I received the Streamline back from Status Graphite in April 2014. The new colour is surf green with a satin finish with is not sticky and very natural to touch. The instrumentet is in an absolute mint condition as I did not play it much after I got it back. Specifikation: + One-piece carbon design + Surf green satin finish + Plain fretless with micro-edge markers + 32” with bendwell + 16.5mm string spacing at bridge + Special pickup positions + Seriell /parallel for both pick-up + Mute switch + Black nylon strings I will add two sets of Hotwire half wound strings. If you are interested I am happy to send more photos. Original Status gigbag (new) included. Original price: 2500,- EUR / 1950,- GBP New painting & pickups: 1100,- EUR / 850,- GBP Accepted sales price: 1260,- EUR / 990,- GBP The bass is located in Gothenburg / Sweden. 16. SOLD! Hi, I am selling a Fano alt de Facto GF4 bass because I have to save up money for a very nice cello I recently spotted. Body and neck are build from mahogany, the top wood is maple. The instrument has a fantastic sound because of it’s resonant semi-hollow design and the custom Lollar pickups. The bass has passive electronics and a medium aged finish. Scale length is 32” which is a perfect compromise between thick “thump” and clear tonal separation. And for sure it is very easy and fast to play. The instrument is in a mint condition (as this is valid for a new ‘medium aged’ instrument) and was bought in oktober 2013 at Vintage Gitarr / Oslo (http://www.vintagegi...-faded-teaburst). Specifikation: + Body: Mahogany + Top: Maple + Neck wood: Mahogany + Neck: Bold on + Neck shape: Early 60’s C -shape (.800-.970) + Finish: Nitro cellulose + Distress level: Medium + Scale length: 32” + Nut width: 38mm + Fretboard radius: 7.25” + Weight: 3.54kg + Tuners: Schaller + Nut: Graphtech Tusq + Bridge: Hipshot + Pickguard: 4-ply Tortoise + Case: G&G custom In May 2013 the Fano GF-4 bass got an Editor-Award from ‘bassplayer’ magazine: “In some respects-scale length, electronics, fit and finish—the semi-hollow GF4 shares a lot in common with the PX4. But without a doubt, the GF4 is a beast of a different breed. One of the vibiest basses to pass through the BP offices in quite a while, the GF4 displays the same degree of expert craftsman- ship and attention to detail as the PX4—and then some. With its offset dual-cutaway body—accented by a marvelous faux-tortoiseshell pickguard—the medium-scale GF4 balances beautifully on a strap and in a lap. Strung with D’Addario XL Half Rounds, the semi-hollow Fano is woof-y as wolfhound with the bite of a pit bull. While some semi-hollows are prone to sound muddy, the GF4 speaks clearly at all settings. And for what it is—a passive semi-hollow with two pickups and a tone control—the bass is remarkably versatile. Whereas the PX4 uses Lollar Thunderbird-style pickups, the GF4 has pickups modeled after Gibson’s Firebird guitar pickups. Don’t scoff—it actually makes perfect sense. At their best, semi-hollow basses offer warmth, woof, and bite. But that woof can turn into a murky, muddy mess with the wrong pickups. The brightness of Lollar’s Firebird-style pickups offset the darker acoustic character of the GF4 brilliantly. Again, well played.” If you are interested I am happy to send more photos. Case made by G&G (new condition) and a set of extra strings (D’Addario Chromes ECB81M) is included. Original price: 2900,- EUR / 2300,- GBP Accepted sales price:1630,- EUR / 1300,- GBP Just now the instrument is located at Public-Peace in Germany (http://www.public-pe...lt-de-facto-gf4), so it is no problem to send it within Europe with little costs.
