  1. Thanks. Haven't seen any other flashbacks that are like this one. Most, I assume, are through body stringing. It may be a custom shop one they made. It looks the dogs bollocks and sounds great but it's to big for me.
  2. I have for sale my Warwick fortress flashback,1999 model which I have owned from new. Serial No: J-067381-99. This means it was made in September 1999. This one does not have the through body stringing which I have seen on a lot of flashbacks and has mother of pearl dot inlays on the fret board. Through body stringing is ok but the bridge on this one is a much better way of stringing a bass especially if you use flatwounds. It has a new set of Thomastic Jazz flatwounds on it. It has been set up by Joe White of Ash vale .Check his website out he makes wonderful instruments. I am selling due to it being surplus to requirement. I play a shortscale ampeg AMB1 now due to my short arms and stubby fingers,i just find it easier to play one finger to one fret. The bass is in excellent condition, near mint. and has no dings on the neck. The bass comes with the case you see in the picture and the Jim Dunlop strap locks. Offers will be considered. Please let me know what you think. Thanks for looking, Adrian
  3. Hi, I am looking for a case for my shortscale Ampeg AMB1. It's the Japanese copy of the dan Armstrong Plexi bass but in sunburst flamed maple. Can any one help? Thanks.
