Here are photos of the bass.

We are in the midlands. I do have photos (I'm a photographer by trade) and I will post them once my husband is home with the laptop. We hadn't even thought to sell it until I found it stored up in the family music room. My curiosity got the best of me and I asked my husband about it. He used to play, but has since grown out of it. Coming from a musical family, I knew it was a well made bass, just wasn't sure what he wanted to do with it. His suggestion was "find it a new home." I suppose our fear is taking it back to the states with us and it being damaged somehow in transit. If we were to sell it, on a more long term basis, where would be a good place to do so? Here? How is one connected with the proper people interested in such things? Thanks for your input thus far!! I really appreciate it.

Hello all. My husband asked me to check into the current value on his Warwick Vampyre Bass, and I wasn't sure where to look. I couldn't seem to find a value via Google, and the guitars on e-bay are nothing like the one we currently own. He no longer plays and it seems such a waste to have such a beautiful piece just sitting in its case. Can anyone point me in the right direction? We'd like to sell it by weeks end, because we head back to the states then and we won't be back for some time. I didn't want to post it in the for sale section yet, because I haven't a clue what to put for pricing... Help?
