1. I just bought a Barefaced Super Compact from Bas. Brilliant chap to deal with, really helpful. I am based in Norway, and yet everything went smoothly, the cabinet was really well packed and arrived here in perfect condition.

    Thanks very much Bas!

Awesome album! But didn't that come out a couple of years ago? I was about to add Foreverland by The Divine Comedy, but that was last year as well.

Totally different vibe to the above, but my vote would be for Strike a Match by Sacred Paws. Such perfect pop tunes, plus has the advantage that my four year old loves it as well, so I get to play it a lot. Does feel weird to vote for a band without a bass player though!!!

  3. Apologies for the delayed response! Just got back from Oslo.

Hi Stega,Is postage an option ?.☺
Sure, no problem. It only comes in a gig bag, but I can nip down to the local bike shop and grab a decent box to post it in. Send me a PM if you want to chat more.

  4. Here is my Nate Mendel Precision for sale. Lovely bass and reluctant sale, but we are moving back to Norway at the end of the month, so am looking to slim down a little for the move.

I have added a mint pick guard, tug bar and pup cover. It comes with its gig bag and all case candy, plus a couple of spare pick guards. Strung with DR Lo-riders.

    Bass is in Cardiff.

    Thanks for looking!

    Stephen

    Nice looking bass Stega.
To anyone interested, I haven't played this fine looking instrument - but I've met Stega a few times, and he's a great guy to deal with....
And he makes a nice cuppa too ;)

I have now taken this bass to Norway and left it with the in-laws to sell there. Thanks to everyone for looking!

whats the neck like compare to a 77s Jazz
Its a standard precision neck - 41.3mm at the nut, and quite a flat radius. Its a lovely neck to be honest, feels really comfortable. Never having owned a 77 jazz, I wouldn't know how it compares, but my 2012 US jazz is 38.1mm at the nut, and feels much rounder in the hand.

Got a mint condition off white (aged) EBMM Stingray, would do a straight swop if you were interested? Comes with original black pickguard.

Loving the cab by the way, best cab I have ever bought :)
Hey Steve - glad you are enjoying the cab, its awesome, eh?!

Ta for the trade offer, but like I said, as much as I'm lusting after a Stingray atm, I need to resist the gas and focus on getting myself a nice small cab.

    Cheers!
