[/quote] I think the body is mahogany sandwiched between paduak, wenge/bubinga neck, with a wenge fretboard. I'll give it a clean when I restring it later today and get some better pics up.

Hya! I'm a newbie but wanted to share my love of this fantastic instrument. Just wondering if anyone on here has one as well? If so how much you pay and when? Paid 500 2nd hand for mine around 8 years ago. Added a Kahler to it a few years ago and it's still a beast tone wise! Easily the best bass I've ever played, I've never seen another like it. Shoddy pics but you get the jist!
