  1. I love the B3 and the handyness of it all, but I was thinking of expanding my board. Having two B3's in series would give me huge flexibility with regards to switchable pedal choice, and less patch changing. Can anyone foresee any problems with this arrangement? I don't see why it wouldn't work, but the multitude of patch/master/fx/etc volumes might make it tricky to get consistent and correct level throught the signal chain. Has anyone had any experience of this or any thoughts?
  2. Defo picking hard. P bass for breach. SVT is a good shout I reckon. I was thinking Sansamp or similar. Can't decide if it is natural amp distortion, or if there is a pedal pushing it or EQing it.
  3. More Breach: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UX7LZz1TFkw
  4. Here is another example. Gallows this time: http://youtu.be/PFPZPlHWtII
  5. Hi!! First post on BassChat!!! I hope I am in a suitable forum. I have asked about this on TalkBass but not had any response. Thought I'd see if there are any opinions here. I have been a long time admirer of the bass tones found on much of Breach and Raised Fist's recordings, and I am curious to hear your views on how this sound is achieved. What do you think would help to achieve this sound (instrument, amp, fx)? Here are some examples: BREACH http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBoZylI9ATI RAISED FIST http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6F8tcASBaQ I have my own ideas, but I am after any advice from fellow admirers of this sound. Obviously it is quite extreme and won't be to everyone's taste, but any constructive advice would be appreciated.
